Monthly Assessments

The 54 attached townhouses in the Tanglewood Park community all pay a monthly maintenance assessment of $310.00, and the 3 single family homes pay a monthly assessment of $370.00, effective December 1, 2025.

 

Electronic payments are handled as follows: If you wish to have a check for your payments sent directly from your Bank to the Association's P.O. Box, please contact your Bank for information about their bill pay services. (We do not accept bank drafts.)
 

For non-electronic payments, please mail your dues check payment (current & past due) to:
